Culcheth’s new Indian restaurant is a hit

CULCHETH’s new Indian restaurant, Indi Ayan, is a hit with locals just eight weeks after opening.

Indi Ayan, on Common Lane in Culcheth, opened in March and has been delighting locals ever since.

Culcheth residents may know the site as Jhalak Restaurant, but it has since reopened under new management, with a new name and brand to boot.

The restaurant is a must-visit, customers say

Indi Ayan owner Foyzun Nur has previously been involved with two other restaurants, one in Accrington and the other in Kirkham, and is confident this is the third time the charm.

He said: “I didn’t push publicity and publicity because I wanted to take it easy.

“But we are ready now.”

Indi Ayan is due to have her grand opening ceremony on Sunday June 12, which will be attended by a number of MPs including the Minister for Railways HS2.
