Owner Rohel Miah said the opening weekend went very well.
He said: “We did the free canapes for customers, lots of people came and it was good to have Will Mellor there too for the opening.
“So far the feedback has been very positive, people wanted a change and I completely rebranded the restaurant where we make more authentic dishes with a different twist.”
Chefs Deepip Sindh and Pratap Sindh Bisht were trained and served as Head Chefs at world renowned Indian restaurants Taj Group, India and UK Michelin Starred.
Mr Miah added: ‘The Indika needed her 100 per cent on Burnham High Street.
“The people of Burnham deserve a new Indian restaurant in this area so they don’t have to travel to other towns such as Beaconsfield.”
Some dishes include Monkfish Tikka, Lamb Chattinad, Murgh Nilgri, Murgh Razzala, Sabzi Jalfrezi and more.
It also offers all traditional Indian curries such as Korma, Dansak, Bhuna, Karahi, Jalfrezi and Madras.
